If you receive a damaged part or were shipped a part other than the part you ordered, please contact us at custservice@cycle-parts.com for return instructions. Please do not attempt to return parts for any reason without contacting us first. Parts returned without first contacting us for return instructions will be refused. All damaged parts must be returned to us within 30 days or restocking fees will apply. No parts will be accepted for return after 45 days. Electrical parts cannot be returned.

Returns will not be accepted on items that are:

• Used
• Missing their serial number or UPC
• Special orders (returned at our discretion)
• Returned more then 30 days after delivery
• Returned without notification
